Area 8 of Callisthenics Street Workout consists of the Kronos structure, with the following elements; vertical and horizontal backrest, high bars to exercise muscle power, rings, triple parallel bars and a bench for two people. The separate elements of the structure are parallels at different levels, quadruple parallels, low parallels, three broken bars at different levels, and jump platforms; wooden slats at different heights to exercise the leg muscles. There is also a free, reinforced bar, a freestyle bar, for acrobatic tricks. I pole bar. People can train fully and enjoy all the elements that allow all the muscles in the body to work.
