Area 5 of Callisthenia Street Workout consists of the Artemis structure, with the following elements; vertical backrest and bars at different heights to exercise muscle power. There are two separate elements of the main structure, a bench of abs and some parallel parallels. People can train completely and enjoy all the elements that allow them to perform different exercises.
