Area 3 of Street Workout calisthenics consists of the Hermes structure, with the following elements; vertical and horizontal trellis and bars at different heights to exercise muscular power. The separate elements of the main structure are two freestile bars to practice acrobatic tricks, a bench of abdominals and parallel to different levels. People can train fully and enjoy all the elements that allow different exercises to be performed.
