Last weekend, we had the pleasure of inaugurating the new calisthenics park in Lliçà de Vall, a space designed to promote outdoor physical activity and provide the community with a modern, accessible sports facility suitable for all fitness levels.
To celebrate the opening of the park, MEIN organised a public inauguration event open to all local residents. The response was excellent, with many people attending to discover the opportunities offered by this new outdoor training facility.
The event began with a group warm-up session, led by our team, to prepare participants before the challenges.
Participants then took part in several calisthenics challenges in a friendly and motivating atmosphere:
The winners of each challenge received an official MEIN Calisthenics T-shirt as a reward for their effort and performance.
Beyond the competition, the event allowed participants to learn how to use the different pieces of equipment correctly, discover the benefits of calisthenics and enjoy an active day together.
At MEIN, we would like to thank the Lliçà de Vall Town Council for placing their trust in us, as well as everyone who joined us for this special event. Seeing the park full of people exercising from day one is the greatest reward for our work.
We believe that a calisthenics park is much more than sports equipment. It is a meeting place, a space that promotes health and well-being, and an environment where people can train, challenge themselves and build community.
We remain committed to creating outdoor sports spaces that help make towns and cities healthier, more active and more enjoyable places to live.
